Membrane Waterproofing

What is a Roof Membrane ?

Production Design

Because they are not too rigid and do not absorb water, bituminous products are ideal for waterproofing roofs on buildings because they move with the structure. Waterproofing membrane systems are created to protect both residential and commercial buildings through a mixture of organic liquids that are highly sticky and viscous and can also be used as a continuous waterproofing membrane for foundations, basements, tunnels, concreate, etc., and it is applied to the surface. Bituminous membranes are composed of several different components. Bitumen combined with sand or another filtering material, such as limestone. To increase rigidity and tear resistance, bitumen is mixed with polymers like SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), a rubber additive, and APP (Atactic Polypropylene), a plastic additive.

The Benefits of this System

Guaranteed Waterproofing

We offer a 10-to-15-year warranty on this system, depending on the material specifications utilized on the job site.

Mineral Face Membrane

High performance polymer modified bituminous waterproof membrane known as “mineral face membrane” has reflecting natural colour slates on its surface to maximize UV protection. The presence of the slates offers both an aesthetically pleasing surface and mechanical protection against modest traffic and sporadic maintenance.
